Khloe Kardashian Slapped With Lawsuit by Paparazzi Agency: Details

The price of fame? A photo agency has filed a federal lawsuit against Khloe Kardashian, accusing the reality star of infringing on their copyrights.

According to court documents, Xposure Photos alleges that the reality star, 32, posted a photo illegally on Instagram without crediting them and removed the copyright information. The company is demanding $150,000.

The pic was taken when the Strong Looks Better Naked author was at the Miami restaurant Komodo in September 2016. She was joined by her older sister Kourtney Kardashian at the time. The photos were originally bought by another outlet.

Xposure Photos claims that the company would have profited from the photos if Khloe hadn't shared them on her account.

"Kardashian's Instagram post made the photograph immediately available to her nearly 67 million followers and others, consumers of entertainment news — and especially news and images of Kardashian herself, as evidenced by their status as followers of Kardashian —who would otherwise be interested in viewing licensed versions of the photograph in the magazines and newspapers that are plaintiff’s customers,"

the company said in a statement.
Kardashian is an avid Instagram user, and sometimes includes sponsored posts. As Us Weekly exclusively revealed last month, she can earn up to $250,000 for promoting just one brand or product on the social platform. Kourtney, 37, can command around the same amount, while Kim Kardashian can make $500,000 from one campaign.
Khloe's rep had no comment on the lawsuit.

Chris Soules knew Kenneth Mosher, the man who died after an accident involving the Bachelor alum's truck on Monday, April 24, Radar Online reports.

"Everyone around here is in shock,"

Richard Roepke, a relative of Mosher, told Radar.

"He knew them, they're neighbors. We're feeling very sad, everyone knows Chris' family."

The reality star 35, allegedly left the scene of the accident and was arrested at 1:16 a.m. in his hometown of Arlington, Iowa. The Buchanan County Sheriff's Office said the star's pickup truck rear-ended Mosher's tractor, sending both vehicles into a ditch. Mosher, 66, was later pronounced dead at a local hospital.

"Chris has created his own problems,"

Roepke told Radar.

"This is life-changing for him. He has to deal with it himself. This isn't the direction his family wanted him to go in."

Citing police documents, TMZ reported that Soules was allegedly in possession of alcoholic beverage containers at the time of the crash.

"We're trying to figure out why he left the scene,"

 Roepke continued.

"This is something he has to share and the rest of us can only speculate. ... What was going through his head? It is a bad day."

Mosher's wife told Radar that she's

"not very well"

 after the tragic accident.
In a statement to People, Soules' spokesperson said, "Chris Soules was involved in an accident Monday evening (April 24) in a rural part of Iowa near his home. He was devastated to learn that Kenneth Mosher, the other person in the accident, passed away. His thoughts and prayers are with Mr. Mosher's family."

Keeping up with her very own large clan! Khloe Kardashian, who has said she’s ready to marry her boyfriend of seven months, Tristan Thompson

“definitely wants a big family”

with the basketball player, a source close to the E! star, 32, reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly.

 “She wants multiple kids!”

And she’s confident the Cleveland Cavaliers center, 26, will be a great dad of their brood because

“he never wavered on his support for his son,”

the source adds of Thompson, who shares 4-month-old Prince with ex-girlfriend Jordy Craig.
Kardashian’s desire for children has never been a secret. Past seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians have documented her struggle to have children with ex-husband Lamar Odom. (Their divorce was finalized in December after she originally filed papers to end her four-year marriage in 2013.)

While the Revenge Body host doesn’t have immediate plans for kids, a wedding could be on the horizon, notes the source:

“They’ll almost certainly get engaged before the end of summer.”

Bethenny Frankel’s Ex-Husband Jason Hoppy Will Go to Trial for Stalking and Harassment Case

Taking it to trial. Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, will have to endure a trial this summer to face stalking and harassment charges brought against him by the Real Housewives of New York City star, RadarOnline.com reports.

The pharmaceutical sales executive, 46, appeared in a Manhattan courtroom on Tuesday, April 26, and the judge ordered that Frankel’s prior restraining order against Hoppy will stay in effect. He will return to the NYC court for a trial beginning on June 27.

Hoppy previously rejected a plea deal in the case last month. The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office confirmed to Us Weekly in March that Hoppy’s attorney Alex Spiro turned down the prosecution’s offer for his client to plead guilty to the harassment violation and attend an anger management program.

The Skinnygirl mogul, 46, and Hoppy split in December 2012, but their divorce wasn’t finalized until July 2016. The former couple share a 6-year-old daughter, Bryn.

The legal proceedings began when Hoppy was arrested on January 27 after he allegedly contacted Frankel

“numerous times via email and FaceTime, and approached [the] victim making verbal threats,”

an NYPD spokesperson told Us. According to the police report, the former couple also got into an argument on January 17 at their daughter’s Manhattan school. The reality star claimed that her ex said,

“You can play your game. It doesn’t matter. You can get 10 lawyers. There’s nothing you can do to stop me. You’ll be sorry.”

Hoppy has denied all the allegations against him. His former attorney, Robert C. Gottlieb, previously told Us

“There are no words to express how saddened Mr. Hoppy is over his ex-wife’s unjustified actions. His only concern is his daughter and he intends to vigorously fight these false charges. We fully intend to do our talking in the courtroom."
